Why is this "fancypants"?
I mean sure, it kicks the arse of any of Hamilton's underground stations, but what's all special about it?

Well, admittedly that part isn't so fancy. But the upstairs has been totally revamped to match the new Westfield conveniently next door. It's all shiny, just like in Australia.
