Five pound pheasant


Kev wanted to give pheasant a go, it was a good excuse to have yorkshire puddings but we might just stick to chicken next time.

Looks yummy! How did he cook it? We still have two in our freezer that need using soon. Have to be careful though as they do tend to dry out quickly.
