London felt so much smaller today when I managed to run to Tower Bridge from my house. No chance of getting much further than that, with the sun shining the population outdoors seems to doubles. It was like running through people soup.

I know the feeling. Running round Stanley Park (or part way as the case may be) is nice but there's people soup at English Bay to get through.
